GTNJ Studios (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates mobile applications, websites, a URL redirection service, and related digital tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may receive an email address, account information, user-provided text or images, support messages, device and app information, crash reports, and anonymous interaction data. We collect only what is needed to provide, secure, and improve the relevant service.
AI and uploaded media
Some applications use automated systems to generate content or suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate and is assistive rather than professional advice. Images and text submitted to an app are processed to provide the requested feature. We do not use personal data to train general-purpose models unless a product-specific notice clearly says otherwise.
Redirect links and analytics
Our smart links may select an App Store, Google Play, or other destination based on the visitor’s device. The redirect service records aggregate click counts by platform. It is not intended to identify individual visitors.
Payments and third parties
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store payment-card details. We may use Firebase, cloud storage, analytics, AI providers, and other processors to operate the services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure.
Account and data requests
If an application supports accounts, you may request deletion of the account and associated data through the relevant in-app flow or our account deletion page. Requests are reviewed and processed manually at this stage. Some information may be retained where legally required or needed for security, fraud prevention, or financial records.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
